Who you are booking with
RC Park Hub operates the marketplace at rc-rental-multi.vercel.app. Each park is an independent business; your rental agreement for cars and track time is with the park you book. Park rules, damage policies and cancellation windows are shown on each park page and at checkout.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when you see the confirmed status, either immediately (pay at the park) or after the payment provider confirms payment (online). Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT where the park charges it. Refundable deposits are separate from the rental price.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel online for free before the park's cancellation window. Inside the window, the park reviews your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as agreed with the park.
Safe driving and damage
Follow marshal instructions. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged according to the car's damage policy, up to any stated maximum.
Reviews
Only customers with completed bookings can review. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated to the visit.
